The Pinel tax incentive has helped, over the past year, to boost the sales of new homes to investors. This incentive is now to be extended until the end of 2017.
President François Hollande has just announced that the Pinel tax incentive, which replaced the Duflot incentive on 1 September 2014, is to be extended until 31 December, 2017. Buying new builds or renovated older properties to rent allows investors to benefit from a tax break for 6, 9 or even 12 years. The tax reduction granted increases with the length of the rental period.
The Pinel tax incentive is subject to certain conditions. Find out more on: guidedulogement06.com/pinel-tax-incentive
