Description Who can benefit? Who to contact? If you live in a sensitive urban zone (ZUS), a planned housing improvement zone (OPAH) or safeguard plan zone, the FSL can help you with any outstanding mortgage or service charge payments.
The FSL can also provide financial aid in the form of a grant and/or loan to pay utilility bills, wherever you live in the department.
This financial aid is paid directly to the loan company, building 'syndic' or utility suppliers.
For individuals who are facing difficulties staying in their home due to low income or particular situation.
These funds are allocated according to criteria linked to the amount of the loan and the individual's resources.

According to the gravity of the financial situation, the commission can arrange either:
- a mutual agreement for repayment acceptable to both the borrower and the lender
