The Real Estate Observatory of the Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry carries out regular studies of the property market in the department. Made up of real estate and building professionals (FPC Côte d'Azur et de Corse, FBTP 06, FNAIM Côte d'Azur, LOGIAM, BPCA, EDF ) the observatory bases its analyses on reliable and professionally approved statistics. In response to the problem noticed of a lack of housing available for workers, the Chamber of Commerce and its partners have been working, for the past 5 years, on a "housing for workers" plan.
