Description Who can benefit? Who to contact? The Solidarity Fund for Housing (FSL) from the General Council (Conseil Général), provides financial assistance for those looking for rented accommodation.
The FSL can help by providing grants and / or loans for a number of expenses related to the installation in the new housing
It can also provide a rental guarantee to the owner.
All these aids, apart from those covering the initial expenses, will be paid directly to the landlord or to the rental agency. Any housing benefit will also be paid directly to the landlord.Anyone who is having difficulties keeping their rented accommodation due to low income or particular circumstances.
