Description Who can benefit? Who to contact? You can receive a tax reduction equivalent to 13% to 25% of the property purchase price if you invest in newly constructed property for rental. This tax incentive is higher if you rent to tenants on a low income. You have bought property or have applied for planning permission between January 1st 2009 and 31st December 2012. Description Who can benefit? Who to contact? If you are a property owner and you rent, or wish to rent your apartment you can take out an agreement with the ANAH and in return obtain a tax deduction on the gross income from the rental:
- 30 % for an "intermediate" agreement
- 60 to 70 % for a "social" or "very social" agreement.Tenants must comply with certain income conditions
