  • Grants
    • Description Who to Contact?
      Disability compensation includes a grant for home adaptation to accommodate a disability.
      The grant covers 100% of the work costing less than 1 500 euros, and 50 % for higher amounts.
      The maximum grant given is 10 000 euros per 10 year period.

  • Tax credit
    • Description Who to contact?
      If the building has been completed in the last two years, you benefit from a reduced VAT rate of 7% on the cost  of the  adaptation work carried out.
      You can also receive a tax credit of 25% for work related to facilities designed specially for the elderly or disabled and 15% for the installation or replacement of certain elevators.      		 Your local tax office
