Cat 1: Single person, Cat 2: 2 adults, no dependents, excluding young couples, Cat 3: 3 adults or 1 single adult with 1 dependent, or a young couple* with no dependents, Cat 4: 4 adults or 1 single adult with 2 dependents, Cat 5: 5 adults or 1 single adult with 3 dependents, Cat 6: 6 adults or 1 single adult with 4 dependents, Final category: for each additional person. *Young couple = married couple with no dependents. The sum of their ages must equal 55 or more. |
For the allocation of subsidized housing, these limits should be compared with the tax statement for the year 2008; however, income from 2009 or the previous 12 months will be taken into account if it is at least 10% lower than that declared in 2008.
