  • FSL : Housing solidarity Fund

      If you live in a sensitive urban zone (ZUS), a planned housing improvement zone (OPAH) or safeguard plan zone, the FSL can help you with any outstanding mortgage or service charge payments.

       The FSL can also provide financial aid in the form of a grant and/or loan to pay utilility bills, wherever you live in the department.

      This financial aid is paid directly to the loan company, building 'syndic' or utility suppliers.

      For individuals who are facing difficulties staying in their home due to low income or particular situation.

      These funds are allocated according to criteria linked to the amount of the loan and the individual's resources.

  • Prêt SECURI-PASS®
    • Description Who can benefit? Who to contact?
      Advance in the form of a reimbursable no-interest, loan without administration costs.
      100 % of the monthly mortgage payments (net of APL housing benefit) up to a maximum of 850€ per month for 6 months, renewable one time if eligible – representing a maximum advance of 10,200 €.

      -Employees working in a private sector, non agricultural company with a workforce of more than 10,

       -job seekers whose last employer was a private sector, non agricultural company with a workforce of more than 10, ,

      -individuals who have been retired for less than 5 years from a private sector non agricultural company with a workforce of more than 10, and whose taxable income (n-2) is less than the PTZ zone A maximum at the time of the request

      who are facing  unemployment or a drastic reduction in resources due to family break up, illness, or an unforeseen drop in income (40% of the property debt rate, or 30% of the drop in income).

  • Loan for refinancing an increased mortgage

      Loan for the total or partial reimbursement of an increased mortgage taken out on  a main residence

      Possibility of the total or partial reimbursement of outstanding mortgage service charges if due to an economic situation (unemployment, early retirement) or family situation (separation, divorce, death).
      Amount : 40,000 € maximum.

      Employees or those on early retirement from non-agricultural sector companies (workforce of more than 10) or job seekers whose last employer was such a company,

       Individuals retired less than 5 years ago from such a company. 

      Buyer, owner–occupant in a run down shared ownership property.

  • Excessive debt commission 
    • Descripton Who can benefit? Who to contact?

      The goal of this commission is to find solutions to help individuals facing excessive debt due to a sudden drop in income.

      According to the gravity of the financial situation, the commission can arrange either:
      - a mutual agreement for repayment acceptable to both the borrower and the lender
      - or a procedure based on personal bankruptcy if the borrower is in an irretrievably compromised situation.

      		 Household income must not exceed the maximum fixed, depending on geographical location and family size. Service Public
